We are always careful to emphasise to the cohort that this measures behaviour. It does not measure a person's values, aptitude, honesty, intelligence, personality nor whether they have any mental health issues.

Dominance The Eagle

Characteristics: Direct, Decisive, High Ego Strength, Problem Solver, Risk Taker, Self Starter, Bully.

Motivation: Winning, competition, success.

Rewards: Indepencence, decisiveness, directness, winning, results.

Criticises: Hesitation, over analysis & sensitivity, footdragging, weakness.

Asks: What? Tactics: FIRE - READY - AIM. Population: Around 18%. Nickname: Loud Mouth Larry. Example: Donald Trump.

Influence The Peacock

Characteristics: Enthusiastic, Trusting, Optimistic, Persuasive, Talkative, Impulsive, Emotional.

Motivation: Social recognition, relationships, group activities.

Rewards: Creativity, enthusiasm, optimism, collaboration, passion.

Criticises: Rulemaking, caution, over analysis, introversion, insensitivity.

Asks: Who? Tactics: READY - AIM - FIRE. Population: Around 28%. Nickname: Chatty Cathy. Example: Neil Diamond.

Conscentiousness The Owl

Characteristics: Accurate, Analytical, Conscentious, Careful, Fact-finder, Precise, High Standards, Systematic.

Motivation: Learning, showing expertise, quality.

Rewards: Accuracy, completeness, detail, punctuality, dependability.

Criticises: Mistakes, intuitive decisionmaking, lateness, spotty research, exaggerated enthusiasm.

Asks: Why? Tactics: I'M NOT READY - AIM - FIRE. Population: Around 19%. Nickname: Nervous Nelly. Example: Bill Gates.

Steadiness The Dove

Characteristics: Good Listener, Team Player, Possessive, Steady, Predictable, Understanding, Friendly.

Motivation: Co-operation, offering to help, appreciation.

Rewards: Co-operation, loyalty, humility, thoughtfulness, team focus.

Criticises: Agressiveness, pushiness, disruption, rudeness, erratic behaviour.

Asks: When? Tactics: READY - AIM - FIRE. Population: Around 35%. Nickname: Plain Jane. Example: Mother Teresa.
